Where We Ship

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India, depending on courier-partner availability. International shipping applies only if specifically offered at checkout.

Charges

Prepaid orders receive free standard shipping across serviceable Indian locations. Eligible COD orders carry a handling fee of ₹49–₹79, clearly shown at checkout. Any promotional prepaid discount is valid only when displayed at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are prepared for dispatch after successful prepaid payment or COD verification. Processing and delivery times depend on product availability, destination PIN code, order volumes and courier operations. The estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe, where available, will be communicated at checkout, in the order confirmation or through tracking updates. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will notify customers of material delays where reasonably possible. Final courier-partner service-level timelines should be checked before publishing fixed day ranges.

Tracking and COD Verification

Dispatch and tracking updates may be sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp. COD orders may need phone, message or OTP verification. Orders not verified after reasonable contact attempts may be cancelled.

Address and Delivery Attempts

Customers should supply a complete, accurate address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Undeliverable, unaccepted or repeatedly unsuccessful shipments may be returned to origin. Repeated avoidable RTO can affect COD availability. A future-order recovery fee of ₹150–₹250 is applicable only after advance disclosure and agreement, where lawful, and not for courier/seller error.

Wrong, Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please contact greypeachstores@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and available photos or videos. This helps us investigate promptly. An unboxing video is encouraged but is not mandatory proof. This request does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Request Window

Eligible return or exchange requests should ordinarily be raised within 7 calendar days after delivery. This standard window does not limit consumer remedies prescribed by law.

Condition of Products

For discretionary size exchanges, goods must be unworn except reasonable size trial, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from odour/stains/damage, with tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

One-Time Size Exchange

One size exchange may be requested for the same product and design, subject to stock availability and inspection. The customer bears return shipping for a discretionary size exchange. If we supplied the wrong size, we bear reasonable correction shipping costs. Further exchanges are not ordinarily offered.

What Qualifies for a Return

We do not offer returns simply because of change of mind or dislike of a correctly described item. A defective, transit-damaged, wrong or materially misdescribed product is eligible for assessment and appropriate remedy. Consumer statutory rights always prevail.

Exceptions

Sale, clearance and customised items ordinarily cannot be returned or exchanged for discretionary reasons. This restriction does not apply to faulty, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed items where law requires a remedy.

Reporting a Problem

Email greypeachstores@gmail.com with order number, details and clear photos. A continuous unboxing video is encouraged to speed investigation, but is not mandatory or the only acceptable evidence. Retain original product, tags, shipping label and packaging where possible.

Return Process

1. Email a request within the applicable period.

2. Include order information and supporting evidence.

3. Await return or pickup instructions.

4. Return the securely packed item.

5. We inspect/verify it.

6. An approved exchange or refund is arranged. Do not send unsolicited returns before receiving instructions.

Prepaid Refunds

For an approved refund, payment will normally be returned to the original payment method. We aim to initiate the refund within 5–7 working days after necessary verification and QC; bank/payment-provider credit time can vary. Original delivery/handling charges are generally not reimbursed for discretionary exchanges, but mandatory refunds will include legally refundable charges.

COD Refunds

Approved COD refunds are issued through verified UPI or bank transfer, not cash. The same target refund-initiation period applies after approval/QC. Share payment details only via an appropriate secure channel.

Return Shipping and RTO

Customers bear shipping for discretionary size exchanges. Grey Peach bears or reimburses reasonable approved reverse-shipping expense for verified seller-attributable faults, damage or wrong-item delivery. Customer-refused deliveries are RTO, not standard returns. COD privileges may be restricted after repeated unjustified RTO; any future-order recovery fee requires advance disclosure and agreement and must comply with law.
