Acceptance and Products

By using www.greypeach.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to non-excludable consumer rights. We aim for accurate descriptions, colours, size charts and prices; screen/lighting differences may occur. Material discrepancies will be addressed under applicable law.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are in INR. Applicable taxes, shipping and COD handling charges are disclosed before checkout confirmation. Supported prepaid modes and eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) are offered depending on availability.

COD Conditions

COD may carry a ₹49–₹79 handling charge as displayed at checkout. We may verify COD orders by WhatsApp, SMS, phone or OTP. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled after reasonable attempts to contact the buyer. Repeated unjustified refusals or misuse may lead to restricted COD eligibility. For avoidable return-to-origin (RTO), a ₹150–₹250 recovery charge on a future purchase may apply only if disclosed and agreed beforehand, where legally permissible. No such penalty applies to our errors or customers exercising statutory rights.

Orders and Cancellations

An acknowledgement is not final acceptance if payment fails, stock is unavailable or verification cannot be completed. If a prepaid order cannot be supplied, we will initiate a refund. Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing greypeachstores@gmail.com; once dispatched, our return policy applies.

Shipping

Delivery depends on serviceable PIN codes, courier operations and external factors. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy for charges and indicative timeframes.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible requests must ordinarily be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery. One size exchange for the same product/design may be offered subject to stock and inspection. Change-of-mind returns are not offered. Clearance/customised products are generally excluded from discretionary exchanges, without limiting statutory remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Intellectual Property

Original Grey Peach logos, artwork, graphics, typography, designs, photos and site content belong to Grey Peach or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Prohibited Use

Fraudulent information or payments, misuse of discounts/returns, unauthorised site access or interference, and infringement of intellectual property are prohibited.

Liability and Applicable Law

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded. Indian law governs; statutory rights to approach competent consumer authorities remain unaffected.
